We have just launched Fantasy Esport! (BETA)

Here comes Fantasy Esports!

The time has come for everyone to try out Fantasy Esport. We have just launched the first version of Fantasy Esport in the app. Right in time for the big esport tournament TI10. It is still in Beta, so we would be super happy if you could test it out!

What is Fantasy Esport? 

Fantasy Esport is where you can display your passion and knowledge for the game, teams, and players. You can participate in our global leaderboards or create your leagues and compete versus friends, family or other esport fans. Within these leagues and leaderboards, you can assemble your virtual esport lineup, and based on how those players perform, the more points you get, the player with the highest points win.

This is why it is essential to be knowledgeable about esport since you need to know which players perform well. But don't worry if you are new to the scene. Our community and our blogs will help you out with the next best picks for your lineup. We currently support TI10, but we are also planning on launching a fantasy leaderboard for PGL.

How do I play it?

You start with downloading our app:

Once you have downloaded, create your account and select the game you are interested in. If you are looking to participate in Dota 2 fantasy leagues, I recommend focusing on that. But don't worry! You can change this and even select both if you are interested in both games.

Once you have done that, then move over to Fantasy on the button navigation bar. This is where you can select which tournament you want to participate in. After that is done, then you are free to decide which leagues you want to join. Now it's time to assemble your esport team. Remember that you have limited cash, and each player has a set worth based on their past results. So pick your players carefully for the best chance at coming first on the leaderboard.

The future

We have got a lot of plans for the future regarding fantasy esport within the app. This is just the start of this journey. We see fantasy esport being a crucial part of the E-GO APP sphere, and thus, we spend a lot of time working on it. In the future, there will be talks on having a ranked system based on how you perform in the different leagues, and thus, you will be given differently customizable to styles your profile and that you can boast about all your esports know-how. We would also like to start a fantasy studio where we discuss past results and our expectations for the future.
